Trali. The admin, handled.

An AI office manager for UK tradespeople.

Enquiries come in while you’re on a job, and nobody can reply from a ladder. The first good reply usually wins the work.

What Trali does

  • Trali answers your customers’ emails as your business’s assistant, and asks for what a quote needs.
  • Less replying to do at night, so the evening’s for the family.
  • You get the day’s enquiries in one morning email.

Gmail only during the beta. Outlook and WhatsApp next.

Ask for a founding place

From the first email to a date in your diary.

  • You message Trali like you’d message an assistant, to say how you want things handled.
  • It isn’t a form that collects job details: it knows the follow-up questions each job needs.
  • It looks at photos and documents to see whether they answer a question or raise a new one.
  • It keeps going until there’s enough to price the job, or it’s clear you need to see it, and books the visit in.
  • It prices the job as the details come in, so you get a draft quote to check, and you can see which jobs are worth most.Coming
  • It plans your diary and your route around where the jobs and site visits are.Coming

For sole traders and small firms in the trades.

Trali is for tradespeople who work alone or with a few others, and whose new work arrives by email.

  • Plumbers
  • Heating engineers
  • Electricians
  • Builders
  • Roofers
  • Landscapers
  • Kitchen and bathroom fitters
  • Decorators

UK only during the beta.

Not a trade? We’re starting with tradespeople. Choose ‘Other’ and tell us what you do, and we’ll let you know if that changes.

You stay in charge.

  • Trali checks every message before it goes.
  • New accounts start with every reply waiting for your OK. One tap sends it.
  • It does on its own only what you’ve said it can, in your own words.

Five quick answers.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the beta. Pricing will be announced before launch, and founding members will get a founding price.

I do the admin for the business. Is this for me?

Yes. Trali works in the inbox the enquiries arrive in, and every reply can wait for your OK. During the beta that inbox needs to be Gmail or Google Workspace.

Is this a lead site?

No. Trali is not a lead platform: your customers write to your own email address and stay yours.

Can I cancel, and what happens when I leave?

Yes, any time. When you leave, Trali stops at once. Your customers’ details and job records are deleted within 30 days, or straight away if you ask. Everything it sent stays in your Gmail.

What happens to my data?

It’s stored on Google Cloud in Belgium, in the EU. We’ll publish a privacy notice before the beta starts.

Ask for a founding place.

Places go out a few at a time, by invitation, once we’ve checked Trali fits how you work.

For example KT22: where most of your jobs are.

Which email do your enquiries come into?

The beta needs a Gmail or Google Workspace account. Use Outlook? Ask anyway: Outlook is next.

We’ll email you about joining the beta. Nothing else, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

No card, no spam.
